These are main roots of not less than 6 inches (15.24 cm) in length with a minimum diameter of 1" (2.54 cm). Grade No. 1 is packaged in 5-pound, 10-pound and 50-pound bags. Green tops are available at Passover only.

These are main roots of not less than 4 inches (10.16 cm) in length and not less than 1/2 inch (1.27 cm) in diameter. Grade No. 2 is packaged in 50-pound or 100-pound bags. For commercial purchase only.
